A few good baby shower games always seem so hard to find. The good news is that there really are very many great games out there for baby showers. In fact, if you want to make the games truly competitive having incentives, such as prizes can be a great way to go. Here are a few good baby shower games that are a lot of fun not only to play but to be a spectator for as well. 1) Measure the Mommy. In this game you pass around a roll of toilet paper and everyone is to tear off a piece that is big enough to go around the guest of honor's tummy. The one whose paper is the closest in size wins. 2) The Envelope Please. This game has each guest fill out an envelope with her name and address. The envelopes will be given to the mommy to be after the shower but only after one winning envelope is drawn from the stack. That guest will get a prize and the mommy to be doesn't have to spend time writing out envelopes and searching for addresses when writing thank you notes. 3) Beans in the Bottle. Fill a baby bottle with jellybeans and have the guests guess how many are in the bottle. The one that is closest wins. 4) Baby Word Scramble. This good baby shower game is lots of fun and exercises those underused mental muscles. It's really simple you scramble up a bunch of baby words and the first person to unscramble the entire list correctly wins. 5) Fill a bowl with dry rice and a pack of small diaper pins. Blindfold the guest and have them find as many pins as they can in one minute. The guest who finds the most in a minute wins. 6) Have your guests divide into two teams and play a game of baby Pictionary. This game will have everyone having loads of fun. All you need is a giant dry erase board or a huge pad of paper and a list of baby phrases that they must draw out. 7) The Clothespin game. This is another really good baby shower game. Give everyone walking through the door a clothespin to attach to her shirt. Anyone saying the word ?baby? will lose her clothespin to the person who said it. If the person who said baby has more than one, she will lose them all. The person having the most clothespins when it's time to open gifts wins. Keep in mind that half the fun of any of these really good baby shower games is in the competition that it fosters. The prizes do not have to be extravagant, in fact candles or bath and body products are excellent choices, but the idea of winning is all that is really needed in order to drive the competition and have a great deal of fun.
